15 min workout song I made. It tells you an exercise to do every min. Its simple and easy to do. the
exercises include stuff like jumping jacks, kicks etc. beats
watching videos, and you can use your ipod, mp3 player or just
use your home stereo.
Some
great workouts including basic and advanced levels. Each workout consist
of weight training and cardio. the advanced cardio is great for anyone who
wants a change from the old keep your heart rate in the same range way of
doing cardio. The basic program contains some material you should read
before doing the advanced, mostly on the target heart rate calculations.
