Broccoli. A unique package of versatile
disease-fighters. Abundant in antioxidants, including
quercetin, glutathione, beta carotene, indoles, vitamin C,
lutein, glucarate, sulforaphane. Extremely high in cancer
fighting activity, particularly against lung, colon and breast
cancers. Like other cruciferous vegetables, it speeds up
